SpeedEdit is built to keep your work on your computer. This page explains exactly what we collect and what we don't.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you buy, our payment provider (Razorpay) shares the email you paid with so we can send your license key.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

What we don't collect

• Your videos never leave your computer through us. Editing and rendering happen locally.
• The app sends audio to the caption AI service using your own key (for example Groq), under your own account — not ours. We never receive your footage, transcripts, or captions.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, or ads inside the app.

Emails

We email you your license key and, rarely, important product notices. No marketing lists, no spam.

Data requests

Want your purchase record or email removed from our records? Write to our support address and we'll take care of it.
